Steve Naylor made it a hat-trick of wins as he took the County Championship title and also led our men home to 1st place in Divison 2 in the Oxford Mail League. James Bolton, who had a great run for his best ever cross-country placing and Kevin Game took silver in the County senior men’s team competition.Our men are 1st in Oxford Mail League Division 2 after 3 events. James Bolton comfortably won the race by almost a minute and a half setting a new p.b. as did Dave Cantwell who finished 8th. Kerry Steele and Sue Cantwell did our women proud and it was great to see Bryan Vaughan on the road back to fitness. Colin Travi surprised us all with his excellent debut Half Marathon whilst Kirk Adams just ducked under the 2 hour barrier.With the first 5 to count including at least 1 woman in the team competition we came 3rd.
