There were some excellent performances over a tough course with Bryan Vaughan leading us home in this team event. Tracey Scarlett sliced 6 minutes off her personal best. Our team (first 5 runners including at least one female)came 3rd overall. Winning time: 1:15::07 Number of finishers:116

Dominic Croft came joint first in a time almost 5-minutes faster than he ran in 2008 when he topped the UK rankings. This was a trial for the England team to be selected for the Anglo-Celtic Plate 100K in March. Winning time: 3:09:08 Number of finishers: 40
